Ben Grant
Ben GrantManaging Director
Ben started his engineering career with a Masters degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. Following a brief stint in the telecommunications industry, Ben moved into the exciting world of underwater technology.

His underwater engineering work started in 2006 as support engineer for a sonar, video, CTD and mechanical products manufacturer. Building on this experience working closely with both equipment users and development teams, his role developed to manage the long term development of specific underwater product lines.

In 2012, keen to continue to increase his underwater knowledge, Ben moved to another organisation specialising in hydro-acoustic telemetry and positioning systems. Here he product managed the overall technology roadmap of the organisation.

At the start of 2015, keen to develop a new generation of underwater sensors and systems, Ben teamed with Alastair to create Impact Subsea Ltd.
