Impact Subsea ISA500 ROV & AUV Altimeter

Provides Altitude readings from 120 meters above the seabed.  Also provides Heading, Pitch & Roll.  Can emulate any other device – making integration into any ROV or AUV very easy.
Measure distance to a target underwater.  Using the multi-echo capability, measure the distance to and between multiple targets.
Monitor the height off the seabed together with the Pitch, Roll and Heading of the equipment.  Provides a clear understanding of equipment position and attitude.
Using the seaView software, conduct single beam echo sounder survey and monitor the build up and movement of sediment.
Monitor Altitude above the seabed and also the Pitch, Roll and Heading of the Magnetometer or Towfish.
Using the seaView software, conduct full single beam echo sounder surveys and automatically generate a 3D subsea terrain map.

Impact Subsea ISD4000 ROV & AUV Depth Sensor

Provides Depth readings to 0.01%FS,  Ideal for survey operations.  The high update rate (up to 100Hz) is highly applicable for use with auto depth systems.  Temperature is provided along with Heading, Pitch & Roll – ideal for basic navigation.

ISM3D ROV & AUV Attitude &Heading Reference System

Provides Heading to ±0.5° of local Magnetic North with Pitch and Roll to ±0.05° accuracy.

The high update rate (up to 250Hz) is highly applicable for use with auto heading and vehicle stabilisation systems.

For optimal performance, a hard and soft iron calibration can be performed on the unit once installed on the ROV or AUV. This ensures that a consistently accurate heading is provided at all times.

In areas where a large amount of steel of other magnetic disturber is present, the unit can be set to operate using the Angular Rate Gyroscopes and Accerometers, without input from the Magnetometer.  The low drift rate of the advanced MEMS based Gyroscopes enables navigation to be conducted in areas where previously only a fibre or ring laser diode based heading sensor would suffice.
